Contract Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a Contract Specialist to join our team on a contractual basis, working remotely. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and providing exemplary templates, samples, and annotated versions of various agreement types to support AI training datasets and commercial needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and refine high-quality contract templates including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Lease Agreements, Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing Agreements, Marketing Agreements, and other Licensing Agreements.
• Ensure all legal documents comply with current laws, industry standards, and are tailored to practical business application.
• Deliver well-structured, clear, and accurate contractual documents that aid the enhancement of AI training materials.
• Maintain professional and timely communication, both written and verbal, to clarify and align on requirements and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualifications as a practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Familiarity with standard commercial contracts such as MSAs, lease agreements, and marketing contracts.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills emphasizing precision and clarity in legal language.
• Proven capability to adapt or create legal documents that meet practical, real-world business needs.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
• Strong attention to detail ensuring contracts adhere to legal requirements and best practices.
• Additional interest or experience in legal operations, technology, or AI-related platforms is advantageous.
