Contract Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a Contract Specialist to contribute to the development of high-quality legal documents on a contract basis. This fully remote role involves drafting, reviewing, and refining various types of agreements to support AI training datasets while ensuring compliance with legal standards and commercial usability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review model templates, example agreements, and annotated documentation for contracts such as Master Service Agreements, Lease Agreements, Intellectual Property Licensing, Marketing Agreements, and Licensing Agreements.
• Update all contract documents to align with current legal norms, industry benchmarks, and practical business needs.
• Deliver meticulously structured and quality documents that enhance the AI training project.
• Maintain clear and professional communication via written and verbal channels to confirm requirements and outputs.

Desired Qualifications

• Licensed or recently qualified commercial lawyer with hands-on experience in contract drafting and negotiations.
• Familiarity with common commercial contract types including MSAs, leases, IP rights, and marketing agreements.
• Excellent communication skills focused on precision and clarity in legal writing.
• Proven capability to develop and tailor legal documents for realistic and pragmatic situations.
• Self-sufficient in remote work environments and capable of independent delivery.
• Detail-conscious to satisfy legal compliances and best practices.
• An interest or prior experience in legal tech, operational frameworks, or AI-based tools is advantageous.
