Key Responsibilities

• Analyze detailed business workflows and convert energy market requirements into clear technical documents and delivery plans.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, vendors, and experts to define requirements and facilitate successful project execution.
• Develop comprehensive documentation encompassing user acceptance criteria, data mappings, system integrations, and procedural flows.
• Contribute actively to large-scale transformation efforts by assisting in the modernization of legacy processes and migration to new platforms.
• Ensure alignment and effective communication among business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with data migration tasks and system readiness for deployment.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for enhancement, supporting mitigation tactics.
• Foster collaboration across business, engineering, design, and commercial teams ensuring solutions meet operational and user expectations.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven track record as a Business Analyst in complex technological, transformational, or digital delivery projects.
• Expertise in mapping and documenting business processes, technical needs, data flows, and system interconnections.
• Skilled in drafting clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with large-scale systems transformation or data migration efforts within stringent timelines.
• Knowledge of the UK energy market is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for presenting technical info in business-friendly terms.
• Capability to influence varied stakeholders through structured analysis and sound recommendations.
