Role Overview
The Content Producer will play a key role in transforming strategic content plans into polished, platform-tailored creative assets. Reporting to the Senior Social Content Manager, this role collaborates with Social Media Managers and creative teams to produce and edit engaging content optimized for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels. The position demands hands-on involvement from shoot production through post-production, requiring a balance of speed and quality while innovating within creative briefs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative, social-first content concepts inspired by platform trends, creator insights, and emerging formats.
- Collaborate with senior team members to align creative ideas with campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Generate ideas for new content series and recurring formats to keep client channels dynamic.
- Suggest platform-specific storytelling methods and production techniques to boost creative impact.
- Bring references and production ideas to brainstorming sessions.
- Produce social media content across major platforms, translating creative directives into compelling visuals.
- Capture photo and video material for planned campaigns, live content days, events, and timely opportunities.
- Work closely with Social Media Managers, creators, contractors, and production partners throughout the content creation process.
- Adapt and enhance creative execution during shoots while maintaining alignment with the planned vision.
- Ensure content is optimized tailored to each platform’s audience and specifications.
- Manage the full video editing and post-production workflow from raw files to finalized assets.
- Edit short-form videos using motion graphics, captioning, transitions, sound design, and animations to enhance storytelling.
- Coordinate feedback and revisions while adhering to quality standards and deadlines.
- Organize project files and creative assets efficiently to facilitate team collaboration.
- Stay informed about evolving social media trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices to continuously improve output quality.
- Recommend and implement innovative production and editing approaches to elevate creative standards.
- Balance rapid content delivery with high production quality.
- Contribute to refining team-wide creative guidelines and workflows.
Success Milestones
- Within 30 days: Understand client brand guidelines, workflows, and creative tools.
- By 90 days: Independently produce and edit content for campaigns with minimal revisions.
- By 6 months: Introduce original content ideas that integrate into active campaigns; establish trust with senior managers.
- Within 12 months: Recognized for consistent creative excellence and influencing team production processes.
Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years’ experience in content or video production with a demonstrable portfolio.
- Competence in shooting photo and video using devices such as iPhone, DSLR, or mirrorless cameras.
- Advanced proficiency in short-form video editing software like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience creating motion graphics, text animations, and refined social media edits.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platform standards.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and proactively enhance ideas.
- Experience managing post-production workflows, file systems, and asset delivery processes.
- Agency or production background is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
The company follows a transparent, data-driven pay philosophy benchmarked against relevant market data, evaluating compensation bi-annually based on performance and market trends. The salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $95,000 annually. Full-time employees have access to diverse benefits plans as part of their compensation.
