Content Designer

About the Role

Ofgem is the energy regulator for Great Britain dedicated to ensuring clear, accessible, and user-centred digital content. As a Content Designer working within the Digital Communications team, you will be instrumental in transforming and enhancing content on Ofgem.gov.uk. Collaboration across communications, policy, and stakeholder teams will be key to crafting content that addresses both organisational goals and audience needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing, editing, and publishing high-quality digital content, actively supporting communications campaigns from initial concept through to final delivery. By leveraging data, research, and user insights, you will regularly assess and refine customer journeys, spot opportunities for content improvement, and ensure all content adheres to accessibility and publishing standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in producing accessible and user-focused online content, with the ability to interpret complex information and turn it into clear, engaging messages that help users achieve their objectives.
