Role Overview

We are looking for a creative individual who produces original content independently, not just planning or managing it. You generate ideas, capture footage using your phone or camera, edit, and then release the content either on your channels or for brands. Your creativity and eye for social media feeds matter most; technical skills can be learned or supported.

Responsibilities

• Regularly generate innovative content ideas for ongoing posts and campaigns.
• Personally produce content including filming, editing, scripting, and adding sound effects.
• Stay tuned to current social media trends, knowing which formats and sounds are effective or outdated.
• Create sustainable content series that maintain engagement over weeks.
• Act quickly to capitalize on trends, producing content within the same day.
• Lead creativity during major productions while coordinating with production teams.
• Evaluate past content and improve subsequent iterations.
• Confidently advocate for your ideas even in challenging discussions.

Qualifications

The essential requirement is a portfolio showcasing content you have independently created that impresses us, regardless of whether it was for brands, personal channels, or informal projects. Other valuable experiences include:

• Editing proficiency with any software (such as CapCut or Premiere).
• Comfort on camera or behind it.
• Previous brand-related work.
• Experience in agencies or editorial environments.
• Familiarity with the creator community culture.
• Experimentation with AI tools.
• Skills in motion graphics, sound design, or graphic design.

No formal degree, extensive work history, certificates, or perfect case studies are necessary. High-impact content like a viral reel edited at home is highly valued. Participation in production shoots, often requiring travel, is expected.

Additional Information

We prioritize face-to-face collaboration and are building our social media team in Hamburg with a new production office. Candidates must be located in Hamburg and available to meet regularly for teamwork and creative exchange.
