Consulting Practice Overview

The Consulting division partners with clients to tackle intricate business and transformation issues using strategic discipline. Their mission is to guide organizations through change with clarity, ensuring sustained meaningful impact.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research across healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech sectors to inform strategic client initiatives.
• Perform analysis on client data, market research, and other inputs to uncover insights, business implications, and opportunities.
• Assist with interviews involving customers, stakeholders, and experts by creating guides, documenting insights, and synthesizing core themes.
• Deliver clear and concise recommendations through written, visual, and oral formats for clients and internal teams.
• Work collaboratively across functional groups including strategy, behavioral science, digital, data, and AI/ML to facilitate workshops, project planning, and produce client-ready strategic deliverables.

Qualifications

Required:

• At least three years of practical consulting experience in healthcare, technology, data, or life sciences with a track record of client-facing projects.
• Proficiency in performing both primary and secondary research including interview facilitation, data collection, and distilling actionable insights.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and translate findings into presentations, detailed reports, or strategic guidance.
• Experience supporting client workshops, requirements gathering, and alignment sessions with well-documented outcomes.
• Possession of an advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH, MSc, or comparable experience in consulting, healthcare, or strategic fields.

Desired:

• Comfortable integrating AI tools regularly into work processes.
• Experience with design thinking, foresight, future-oriented methods, or co-creation in project/client environments.
• Track record in project scoping, planning, timeline management, and coordinating workstreams among various stakeholders.
• Experience presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership or diverse healthcare audiences.
• Familiarity with challenges in pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or healthcare commercial sectors.

Additional Information

This position is for a current opening at Klick. The base salary range for this role lies between CAD 92,000 and 120,000 annually. The exact salary offered depends on factors such as work location, individual skills, educational background, and previous experience.
