Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Construction Site Supervisor to manage daily on-site operations, ensure high-quality workmanship, maintain safety protocols, and achieve timely project delivery. This role requires effective leadership and technical expertise to collaborate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee everyday construction tasks ensuring execution aligns with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Supervise site laborers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain smooth operations.
- Track project progress closely, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Implement quality control measures and uphold construction standards.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate timely delivery of materials and manage inventory records.
- Generate daily progress reports and manage essential site documentation.
- Identify and address on-site challenges swiftly.
- Perform regular site inspections and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, consultants, project managers, and clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline throughout the construction site.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 3 years of experience within residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects.
- In-depth understanding of construction techniques, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
- Competence in interpreting construction drawings.
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
