Construction Project Manager - Building & HVAC (Fully Remote)

Our client is a US-based provider of an AI-powered building control platform designed to autonomously optimize building utility and facility operations to maximize energy efficiency and performance.

Role Summary

We seek an experienced Construction Project Manager specialized in building construction projects with proven expertise in HVAC products such as boilers, chillers, and pumps. Strong communication skills in either German or Dutch alongside business-level English are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead successful implementation of company solutions in partner buildings across Europe.
• Manage integration and coordination of building controls by collaborating directly with construction managers and overseeing on-site project execution to ensure alignment with design plans.
• Provide technical sales support, working closely with end-users, value-added resellers, managed service integrators, and installation contractors to assist with project take-off and engineering workflows.
• Serve as a primary liaison between external partners and internal company teams, communicating key insights effectively.
• Ensure projects are executed smoothly by managing timelines, coordinating site activities, and proactively resolving challenges to maintain overall project efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in building construction project management.
• In-depth knowledge of building control systems, especially HVAC-related equipment like boilers, chillers, and pumps.
• Strong background in technical building control technologies.
• Fluent communication skills in either German or Dutch, along with business proficiency in English.
• Experience in sales technical support, partnering with clients and collaborators during project engineering, planning, and execution phases.
• Familiarity with smart building technologies, home automation, and IoT solutions.
• Understanding of energy-efficient construction standards and sustainability efforts.
• Well-versed in construction processes, installation procedures, and industry best practices.
