Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate contractor payment applications ensuring compliance with required procedures.
  • Organize project photographic documentation to track progress.
  • Compile and distribute project close-out records and documents.

Required Qualifications

  • Background in Construction, Construction Project Management, Facilities Management, or relevant accredited education/certifications.
  • Understanding of construction costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering concepts and practices.
