Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Computer Assistant to oversee labor activities within our company premises. This role involves supervising production processes, ensuring safety compliance, and managing daily reporting tasks during a 12-hour shift from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise labor workforce on-site throughout the shift.
- Report daily attendance and completion status of assigned tasks.
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure targets are met on schedule.
- Assign manpower resources based on production demands effectively.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports including output and rejection data.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and overtime.
- Provide daily progress updates to management.
- Ensure proper operation of machinery and equipment; communicate maintenance needs promptly.
- Enforce safety protocols by making sure all employees wear the necessary personal protective equipment such as safety shoes, helmets, gloves, goggles, and ear protection.
- Implement and uphold company safety rules and procedures rigorously.
- Immediately report any accidents, near misses, or hazardous conditions.
Additional Information
The shift timing for this position is 12 hours, from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
