Role Summary

The Compliance Associate will play a crucial role in assisting senior compliance personnel by offering regulatory guidance, supporting compliance monitoring and reporting efforts across the company, aiding in the implementation of regulatory changes (including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) regulations), and contributing to the development of compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to senior compliance staff with regulatory advisory services to the business.
  • Help conduct compliance monitoring and generate related reports across various business divisions.
  • Contribute to the application of regulatory changes, particularly those related to ESG standards.
  • Support the creation and improvement of compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Utilize technology to develop insightful management information including dashboards, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and other relevant metrics.
  • Participate in gathering data required for internal and external reports directed at Committees, Boards, and Regulatory authorities, collaborating closely with the broader Compliance Team including the Head of Compliance.
  • Review various business documents, advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials to verify compliance with regulatory requirements.
