Community Pastor

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated team member to help us maximize opportunities within our community by reaching out to those unfamiliar with Jesus and nurturing the faith of existing believers.

Key Objectives

Our church community is expanding and vibrant, attracting many new members. This new position aims to enhance the church's capacity to welcome newcomers, disciple believers, and develop outreach initiatives infused with God's love. The role involves leading enquiry courses such as Alpha, collaborating with ministry teams like Open Table and Bereavement Cafe, and pioneering innovative projects, including managing our social media presence.

Leadership and Approach

This role transcends administrative tasks and requires strong leadership qualities, active listening to address community needs, a passion for evangelism, fostering ministry growth through teamwork, and sensitivity to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
