Position Options

Applicants can choose between two positions:

• Community Care Associate (CCA): An ideal entry-level opportunity in the field, involving support for program delivery, direct engagement with seniors, assistance with health monitoring, and contributing to the smooth operation of the centre. This role combines interpersonal interactions with administrative responsibilities.
• Community Care Executive (CCE): A role for candidates ready to assume greater responsibility. Tasks include independent planning and implementation of programs, conducting welfare assessments and home visits, facilitating care referrals for vulnerable seniors, managing volunteer involvement, and maintaining meticulous documentation across various client management and reporting systems.

Technology and Skills

Both roles require comfort with multiple digital platforms such as client management software, referral applications, health monitoring tools, and administrative systems. The organization is also exploring AI applications to enhance services for seniors, so adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies are important.
