Job Responsibilities

  • Support food preparation and service by preparing mise-en-place required for various outlets.
  • Follow strict food preparation and presentation standards to ensure consistently high-quality dishes, suggesting enhancements to Minor Hotels' presentation protocols when appropriate.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace to uphold hygienic conditions.
