Role summary

Primex Capital is hiring a Real Estate Financial Analyst to join a growing team. This entry-level role provides direct exposure to senior leadership, including the COO and CFO, and offers hands-on experience supporting a national commercial real estate portfolio in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting.

Key responsibilities

The selected candidate will support portfolio and investment work through cash flow analysis, financial modeling in Excel and ARGUS Enterprise, budgeting, forecasting, lease review, lender and investor reporting, and other strategic assignments.

The ideal candidate should bring strong commercial real estate finance capabilities, advanced Excel skills, ARGUS experience, excellent accuracy, and a strong interest in learning and growing in the role.

Preferred background

Applicants with graduate-level education in real estate, such as programs from NYU Schack, Columbia MSRED, or similar institutions, along with relevant commercial real estate experience, are especially encouraged to apply.
