About the Role
Radiance Café, a division of the Sendian Group, is seeking an experienced Coffee Shop Manager who has a background in catering and event management. The primary focus of this position is to oversee the daily functioning of the café while enhancing growth through organizing events and engaging customers effectively.
Major Responsibilities
- Supervise daily café operations including staff management and supply coordination.
- Design and implement catering and event initiatives to broaden the customer base.
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing coffee shop or food and beverage operations.
- Strong expertise in event planning and catering services.
- Effective leadership abilities coupled with a customer-centric mindset.
