Role Overview

The Closing Manager position requires full-time onsite presence in the UAE. The role entails managing the comprehensive financial and contractual closing procedures related to events and their associated services. Responsibilities include end-to-end oversight of closing cycles, thorough review and completion of agreements, coordinating funding and payment mechanisms, and ensuring all documentation is precise and fully compliant.

This role collaborates closely with sales and operations departments to verify terms, harmonize client expectations, and facilitate a smooth transition and post-event reconciliation. The daily workload includes tracking the status of closings, monitoring any loan or funding arrangements if applicable, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining detailed records compliant with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise closing and funding activities ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to financial compliance standards.
• Work alongside sales teams to support coordination and maintain alignment between closing terms and client proposals.
• Manage financial documentation associated with loans, mortgage lending, or similar financial agreements, interpreting contracts precisely.
• Maintain organized, detailed records with the aid of spreadsheets and financial management software.
• Engage effectively with clients and internal teams through clear, professional communication.
• Identify and implement improvements to closing procedures to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
• Support the standardization of process workflows to ensure consistency and quality in closings.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in managing closings and funding processes with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to support sales operations, coordinating and communicating effectively with clients.
• Understanding of loans, mortgage lending, or comparable financial products with contract interpretation skills.
• Strong organizational aptitude and analytical capability, particularly in using spreadsheets and financial tools.
• Excellent command of English in both written and spoken forms; additional languages are advantageous.
• Capable of performing efficiently in a dynamic, on-site environment, managing multiple priorities collaboratively.
• Preferred background includes experience in events, hospitality, financial services, or related areas.
• Educational credentials preferably a diploma or bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or a related field.
