Role Overview
The Clinical Recruiter position is a full-time remote role accountable for overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle for clinical professionals. This includes attracting, evaluating, and guiding candidates through the interview process and hiring decisions. Daily responsibilities involve building a robust talent pipeline, conducting initial and subsequent interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Additional Responsibilities
- Keeping precise recruiting records and tracking vital recruitment metrics.
- Working closely with leadership to anticipate and plan for hiring demands.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and enhancing recruitment strategies to engage high-quality physical therapists aligned with Prava's mission.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience managing full life-cycle recruitment and sourcing clinical or healthcare professionals.
- Expertise in hiring processes and interviewing techniques with the capacity to evaluate clinical credentials and cultural fit.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and internal teams.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and analytical approaches to hiring.
- Background or experience in healthcare, physical therapy, or related allied health recruitment is advantageous.
- Capability to handle multiple job requisitions, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a comparable field, or equivalent experience.
