Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager based in Corby who excels in cultivating client partnerships and driving commercial success. This role involves complete accountability for client relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancing profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume full commercial accountability for client relationships, managing profit and loss, pricing strategies, and ensuring profitability.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on client success and satisfaction.
  • Supervise service delivery and operations, tracking SLA compliance, KPI performance, and client feedback.
  • Organize and lead monthly and quarterly business review meetings, representing the company in client discussions.

Additional Information
