Role Overview
The Cleaning Operative will be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards as per management guidelines. This role involves proper handling and upkeep of cleaning tools and equipment, fostering positive relationships with clients at the contracted location, and promptly addressing any questions or complaints. Additional reasonable duties may be assigned by management as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Right to work legally in the UK is mandatory.
- Prior experience in cleaning roles is required.
- Strong customer service capabilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
