Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable Cleaners to join our team at a retail location. This position suits individuals who thrive in dynamic settings, possess meticulous attention to detail, and value maintaining clean, safe, and inviting spaces for both clients and customers.
The available position is full-time, with scheduled hours from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:06 PM.
Compensation will align with applicable award rates and employment conditions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive general cleaning tasks at a high quality standard.
- Perform spot cleaning on furniture and furnishings.
- Sweep and mop floors efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, including thorough toilet cleaning.
- Manage rubbish collection and disposal.
- Clean internal and external glass surfaces.
- Dust all hard surface areas regularly.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in commercial cleaning environments is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team setting.
- Capable of following instructions and working independently when required.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Reliable and punctual attendance at work.
- Good knowledge and adherence to Work Health and Safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and public holidays as necessary.
- Familiarity with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is beneficial.
