Job Overview

This role is an on-call, field-based cleaning position located in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Although it is classified as remote, candidates must reside within the same city or region and be available to attend local meetings, trainings, or company events as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform move-out cleaning for rental properties.
• Clean vacant units in preparation for new occupants.
• Deep-clean homes following maintenance, repairs, or renovations.
• Maintain cleanliness for occupied residential properties via scheduled housekeeping services.
• Clean various areas including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, hallways, and shared spaces.
• Detailed cleaning tasks such as inside appliances, cabinets, closets, baseboards, and windowsills.
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and debris removal.
• Conduct final walkthroughs ensuring cleanliness before assignment completion.
• Take completion photos where required and report any damages or concerns needing follow-up.
• Update job progress and details through a mobile work application.
• Travel directly between multiple scheduled property locations.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum two years of professional cleaning experience.
• Capable of independently completing residential cleaning assignments.
• Experience in move-out, turnover, deep cleaning, or housekeeping tasks.
• Detail-oriented, taking pride in delivering consistently high-quality work.
• Ability to identify and report issues rather than overlook them.
• Professional communication with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Own a reliable vehicle for travel between assignments.
• Provide personal cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Possess a smartphone with GPS and application capability to manage schedules, navigation, and photo submissions.
• Basic proficiency in English for communication.
• Demonstrate dependable attendance and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

• Residential turnover cleaning and property preparation.
• Post-maintenance or renovation cleaning.
• Experience working in apartments and condominiums.
• Familiarity with both move-in and move-out cleaning processes.
• Exposure to high-volume residential cleaning environments.
