Position Overview

Millennium Services Group is seeking motivated and dependable cleaners to join their team in Doncaster, Victoria. This position suits candidates who thrive in dynamic environments, possess keen attention to detail, and take pride in maintaining clean and inviting spaces for clients and visitors. The role offers part-time shifts spanning weekdays and weekends, compensated according to award wages.

Work Schedule

Scheduled working hours are from 12:30 AM to 8:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough general cleaning tasks to maintain high standards.
• Conduct spot cleaning on various furnishings.
• Sweep and mop floors effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness in restroom facilities.
• Handle rubbish collection and disposal.
• Clean interior and exterior glass surfaces.
• Dust hard surfaces comprehensively.
• Buff and polish hard floor surfaces to ensure a smooth, professional look.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience, especially within commercial settings, is advantageous.
• Proficient in operating floor care equipment including buffers, polishers, and scrubbers.
• Must possess a current National Police Check.
• Demonstrated capability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions while working independently.
• Strong focus on detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Reliable punctuality and dependable work ethic.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
• Willingness to accommodate flexible working hours and public holiday shifts as necessary.
• Experience with floor care machinery is considered a plus.
• Valid Australian work rights are mandatory.
