Job Description

This position involves providing cleaning services that include move-in and move-out cleanings, vacant unit turnover, and routine housekeeping in occupied homes. Cleaners will travel independently to scheduled locations, ensuring thorough cleaning in compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct move-in and move-out cleaning for rental properties
• Perform detailed turnover cleaning in vacant apartments and houses
• Deliver routine housekeeping tasks in occupied residences as needed
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, flooring, and common surfaces
• Undertake deep cleaning such as scrubbing baseboards, inside cabinets, and appliances
• Utilize a mobile application for job assignments, instructions, GPS navigation, photograph uploads, and job status updates
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards
• Report any property damages, maintenance issues, or areas unsuitable for cleaning
• Use personal vehicle to travel between appointments

Requirements

• At least two years of paid professional cleaning experience
• Proficiency with move-in, move-out, and regular housekeeping cleaning
• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle for transportation and carrying supplies
• Own all necessary cleaning tools and equipment
• Have a suitable smartphone equipped to run mobile apps, use GPS, capture clear photos, read instructions, and update jobs
• Comfortable handling detailed cleaning tasks including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances
• Ability to work independently while adhering to cleaning instructions
• Basic English communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to comply with GPS-verified arrival times
