About the Company

We are developing a Digital Concierge Platform tailored for 2 to 4-star hotels, converting hotel rooms into digital hubs that connect guests with local services. Guests can easily find and book experiences, wellness options, dining, and more through a simple QR code. Hotels benefit by unlocking additional revenue without increasing operational complexity.

The founding group includes two seasoned entrepreneurs with ample experience in launching and growing successful companies. Our current milestones involve constructing the MVP, initiating pilot partnerships with hotels, and obtaining seed investment.

Role Overview

The Chief Technology Officer will act as a technical co-founder with end-to-end responsibility for the platform’s development—from defining architecture to deployment. Reporting directly to the founders, the CTO will own the technical and product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the platform’s technical architecture.
• Create a mobile-first web or application MVP.
• Develop essential features such as QR code entry, location-specific content delivery, and booking/payment workflows integrated via APIs.
• Engage in rapid development cycles with pilot clients for feedback and iteration.
• Post-MVP, focus on platform stabilization, scalability, onboarding partners through APIs or manual processes, and supporting investor technical due diligence.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong proficiency in full-stack development technologies like React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or comparable stacks.
• Demonstrated expertise in launching MVPs and building scalable applications.
• A product-oriented approach, focusing on solution delivery rather than just feature implementation.
• Preferred experience with marketplace ecosystems, booking and payment system integrations, and location-aware services.
• A practical, hands-on developer mindset coupled with readiness to evolve into a leadership position.
• Agile startup mentality valuing rapid progress over perfection.
