Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control by directing daily coordination, distribution, and storage of essentials such as china, glassware, linen, and silver to maintain accuracy and availability.
• Supervise the upkeep and security of all food service equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Establish and enforce strict sanitation policies to maintain hygiene and safety standards in all food and beverage areas.
• Monitor departmental expenses and implement cost-effective measures to improve operational efficiency while preserving quality.
• Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation of the stewarding team to foster development and maintain a motivated workforce.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, protecting both guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Possession of a High School Diploma or University Degree.
• A minimum of one year experience serving as a Chief Steward.
• Required licenses or certifications relevant to the role.
• Proficiency in relevant languages as applicable.
