Role summary
MPWR is hiring a senior executive to steer the organization’s overall direction, operational performance, and long-term expansion. This leadership position will partner closely with the Board of Directors and the senior leadership team to translate strategy into execution and strengthen market presence.

Key responsibilities
- Set and advance company-wide strategy along with business growth plans.
- Lead day-to-day operations across major departments and functions.
- Guide and coordinate senior leadership to keep execution aligned with business goals.

- Contribute to high-stakes decisions in collaboration with the Board.

Experience and profile
This role calls for a seasoned executive with at least 20 years of professional experience, including 20+ years in senior management or executive leadership roles. Prior exposure to finance, fintech, banking, investment, digital assets, or technology is preferred.
