CEO Clubs India is a selective, non-profit organization dedicated to entrepreneurs and CEOs, fostering continuous improvement through knowledge exchange, leadership training, and collaborative growth among member organizations. Launched in 2008 in Hyderabad, under CEO Clubs International, USA, the network includes over 16,000 members globally and over 200 members in India, with chapters across major Indian cities.
Role Overview
As CEO Clubs India sets up its Kolkata chapter, the Chapter Manager will be pivotal in managing all aspects of the chapter's launch and ongoing operations. This role demands coordination with leadership to execute initiatives, ensure smooth operations, and actively promote membership growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain uninterrupted chapter functions during leadership changes.
- Collaborate with the Chapter Chair to develop and enhance chapter activities.
- Organize and document Chapter Council meetings, overseeing scheduling, minutes, and action points follow-up.
- Enable communication and best practice sharing among members across chapters.
- Lead membership expansion through strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Coordinate meetings to boost member participation and strengthen CEO and business leader relations.
- Oversee event management including logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination for various chapter programs such as Knowledge & Leadership Series, Business Series, social gatherings, and retreats.
- Manage chapter resources including Member Directory, Newsletter, and Website upkeep.
- Communicate with chapter executives, finance teams, and General Manager to ensure operational consistency.
- Support national and chapter-specific projects as needed to maintain chapter stability.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience collaborating closely with senior leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with senior executives.
- Demonstrated experience in organizing large-scale events and handling complex operational tasks.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in English.
- Competency in Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and other productivity software.
- Strong analytical skills, sound problem-solving capabilities, and exceptional organizational proficiency.
- Effective multitasking and adaptability in dynamic environments with a capacity to work autonomously.
- Proactive, execution-focused approach with the ability to influence various stakeholders.
Compensation and Location
The position offers an annual salary ranging from ₹8 to ₹10 lakhs, subject to the incumbent’s previous compensation. The candidate must be located in Kolkata and will work remotely from home under an onsite designation.
