Overview
The Australian Taxation Office is looking for Change Management Analysts to join its Enterprise Solutions and Technology team. This role focuses on delivering and continually enhancing client-centric organisational, cultural, and technological change efforts in line with the ATO's Enterprise Change Management framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the effects of change and assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive change strategies.
- Develop communication plans and engage stakeholders effectively throughout the change process.
- Support the planning and coordination of change initiatives across various projects or programs, managing priorities judiciously.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships, offer expert advice, and drive improvements in change management methodologies to boost organisational capabilities.
Additional Information
Positions may be offered as ongoing or fixed-term roles at multiple locations including Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Newcastle, Sydney CBD, Townsville, or Wollongong.
