We are seeking a Catering Assistant to join our dedicated team at a client location in Carrigaline, County Cork. The main purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality onsite catering services aligned with our standardized processes to satisfy or surpass client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to customers following the company’s set standards.
• Carry out cleaning tasks related to service areas, equipment, and furniture used.
• Prepare service zones and service points to ensure smooth operations.
• Store food products and equipment correctly after service hours.
• Maintain exceptional personal hygiene, dress code, and appearance as per company policies.
• Consistently foster a professional image to support positive customer interactions.
• Adhere to and support implementation of the company’s health and safety protocols.
• Follow and promote equal opportunity practices within the workplace.
• Adapt to role changes as required by business needs.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated commitment to high standards and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience in a comparable catering or food service role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with food hygiene practices and HACCP standards.
• Enthusiasm towards enhancing culinary skills and food preparation knowledge.
