Key Responsibilities

• Politely and warmly greet every customer entering the store.
• Efficiently handle all purchase transactions, including proper deactivation of merchandise following the Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) Program guidelines.
• Inform and encourage customers about company-sponsored initiatives such as credit card offerings, product protection plans, and charitable campaigns.
• Assist customers by bagging and loading their purchased items.
• Adhere to safe work practices, including proper lifting techniques and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Protect register security by carefully managing cash handling, complying with company policies, and remaining alert to surroundings.
• Escalate any service or transactional concerns to the Customer Service Manager when necessary.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.05.

• Applicants must be a minimum of 16 years old.
