Overview

Key Duties

• Warmly greet customers upon arrival.
• Efficiently handle all transaction processes, including merchandise deactivation under the EAS program.
• Encourage participation in company-sponsored programs such as credit card services, warranty options, and charity drives.
• Support customers by assisting with packing and loading purchases.
• Follow workplace safety standards, including proper lifting techniques and maintaining cleanliness of the workspace.
• Ensure the security and accuracy of the cash register through careful cash handling, compliance with policies, and alertness to surroundings.
• Direct customers to the Customer Service Manager for additional services or transactional needs.

Compensation

The position offers a starting hourly wage of $17.75.
