Role Overview
Cash Services is essential in safeguarding the Bank of New Zealand by managing funds efficiently while supporting customers and internal teams reliably every day. Position Details
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Auckland, operating on a hybrid model with three mandatory office days (currently Monday to Wednesday) and two flexible remote days, subject to change.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliations of suspense accounts to maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with both stakeholders and suppliers through written and verbal channels to clarify queries.
- Investigate discrepancies and handle customer claims diligently.
- Create reports using Excel and other tools, assist with project delivery, and conduct data analysis as needed.
- Provide support to the broader Operations team and the Bank as a whole.
