Role Overview

The Carpenter is tasked with repairing, maintaining, and building wooden structures including partitions, doors, and furniture across the hotel premises. This role demands delivering superior service while working efficiently and thoughtfully, consistently upholding the highest service standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of two years of progressive experience in hotel carpentry or related construction fields.
• Over two years of expertise in building carpentry with proficiency in finish carpentry tasks such as crown molding, wood base, and trim work.
• Capable of safely accessing elevated areas using ladders.
• Completion of vocational or technical training, vocational apprenticeship, trade school, or related carpentry/construction courses.
• Possession of a high school diploma.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, kneel, bend, and twist for prolonged periods.
• Capability to lift or carry weights up to 50 pounds.
• Repetitive motion activities are frequent.
• Effective verbal communication and listening skills are essential.
