About Sailor Health
Sailor Health is transforming mental health services for older adults, one of the fastest growing but underserved healthcare demographics in the United States. With an anticipated population of over 60 million seniors, nearly 25% of the US population by 2030, there is a rising demand for specialized care. Currently, many older adults face isolation and mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, and loneliness without sufficient resources or support.

Role Overview
This full-time remote position is based in the US and serves as the initial voice for patients and their families contacting Sailor Health. As a Care Navigator, you will assist older adults and their caregivers through the intake procedure with empathy, clarity, and professionalism, ensuring they feel supported throughout the entire process.
The role involves combining patient support, coordination of care, and emotional guidance. You will help new patients navigate their care journey, matching them with suitable therapists and providing reassurance and understanding at every stage. This opportunity is ideal for someone who excels in balancing empathy with effective action, finding fulfillment in providing comfort during vulnerable moments.
Who You Are
- You communicate with kindness, actively listen, and create a calming presence, even in emotionally challenging conversations.
- You possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple patients at various stages without oversight.
- You have a comfort level with technology, quickly learning tools such as Google Workspace, Electronic Health Records (e.g., Healthie), and Customer Relationship Management software like HubSpot.
- You are passionate about enhancing mental healthcare for older adults and motivated to make a positive impact on their wellness journey.
- Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative roles is appreciated but not mandatory; the key attributes are organization, compassion, and eagerness to develop.

Compensation
The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 per year.
