Job Overview
Join our control room team based in Beerse, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security of Johnson & Johnson locations across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. As a Call Agent, you remotely monitor safety systems and respond decisively in emergency situations.
Key Duties
- Keep a vigilant watch over alarm systems, immediately addressing alerts related to intrusion, fire, or technical faults.
- Assess the severity of incidents upon alarms and promptly engage the appropriate emergency services or technical support.
- Provide calm and reassuring communication to clients during emergencies while offering practical solutions.
- Coordinate closely with external agencies and on-site security personnel to resolve situations securely.
- Document incidents thoroughly to ensure accurate information is available to all stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
You should have at least five years of relevant experience in the security field or a similar role. A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required. You must demonstrate strict adherence to detailed safety protocols and possess strong computer skills.
Key personal attributes include the ability to remain composed under stress, flexibility to work continuous shifts, and proficiency in Dutch, French, and English. Technical aptitude and quick adaptability to new software are essential, alongside strong analytical and independent decision-making skills.
