Cabin Crew Member - Dubai Based with Relocation Support

About the Role

We seek personable individuals able to adapt smoothly and make passengers feel comfortable and supported. As the Emirates cabin crew, you are the primary contact for customers, assisting and guiding them throughout their flight. Beyond service, you will hold safety as a paramount responsibility, confidently managing cabin services, security, and emergency procedures, supported by extensive training at our advanced Dubai facility.

Desired Qualifications and Attributes

• Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Positive demeanor and aptitude for providing excellent team-based service to a diverse, multicultural clientele.
• Completion of high school education (Grade 12 equivalent) at minimum.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English required.
• Minimum height of 160 cm with the ability to reach 212 cm standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment across all aircraft.
• No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates uniform; these cannot be concealed by coverings or makeup.
• Must be eligible to work in the UAE and be based in Dubai as per employment visa regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

• The compensation package includes a fixed monthly salary, flight-hour-based pay, and meal allowances for overnight stays.
• Typical remuneration for Economy Class Grade II is approximately AED 4,980 basic salary plus AED 69.60 per flight hour, averaging 80 to 100 hours monthly, resulting in an average total monthly income of AED 11,244 (~USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, GBP 2,280).
• Meal allowances for night stops are added retroactively monthly.
• Company provides hotel accommodation and transport to/from the airport.
