As representatives of Emirates, cabin crew play a crucial role in offering assistance and guidance during flights, embodying professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with warmth and approachability on board.
• Prioritize passenger safety by confidently managing aircraft services and emergency procedures.
• Undergo comprehensive training at Dubai's advanced facility to uphold world-class safety and service standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum education: completion of high school (Grade 12).
• At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
• A positive demeanor with the ability to work effectively within a culturally diverse team.
• Minimum height of 160 cm with the ability to reach 212 cm standing on tiptoes to access onboard emergency equipment.
• No visible tattoos while in uniform without coverings such as bandages or cosmetics.
• Must satisfy UAE employment visa regulations as the position is Dubai-based.

Salary and Benefits

Enjoy a tax-free remuneration package composed of a fixed monthly salary and flight operation pay components:

• Basic salary of AED 4,980 per month.
• Hourly flying pay of AED 69.60, averaging 80-100 hours monthly.
• Average total monthly earning of approximately AED 11,244 (~USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280) at Grade II (Economy Class).
• Meals allowances credited for night stops in arrears.
• Company-provided hotel accommodation and transportation to/from the airport.
• Comprehensive benefits including profit sharing, concessionary travel for family and friends, and extensive insurance coverage (medical, life, dental).
• Support with relocation to Dubai to ensure a smooth transition.
