Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Butler Supervisor to lead and manage the butler team within our All Inclusive Collection Properties. The successful candidate will ensure personalized, flawless guest services in line with our luxury standards, while fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of the butler team to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver exceptional and seamless service experiences tailored to guest needs.
- Mentor and train butlers on premium service standards and understanding guest preferences.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination with other departments to optimize guest satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed service records and provide regular performance reports.
Core Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, with hospitality training considered an advantage.
- Proven experience as a senior butler or in a supervisory capacity within luxury hospitality.
- Exceptional leadership abilities combined with strong problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to high-quality luxury service.
Sustainability and Compliance
- Champion sustainable practices by improving resource efficiency, minimizing waste, and embracing eco-friendly, social, and ethical initiatives.
- Align with the hotel's ESG and CSR goals to promote positive environmental and social impact.
- Ensure full compliance with local laws, international standards, health and safety policies, ISO standards, and industry best practices.
- Continuously update operational processes to meet evolving regulatory requirements.
- Oversee food safety and hygiene compliance by managing proper purchasing, storage, handling, and preparation procedures across departments.
