Job Overview
We are looking for motivated professionals in Kolkata for the role focused on Corporate Business Development, CRM, client servicing, recruitment marketing, and employer branding. This full-time, permanent position involves managing important corporate client relationships and supporting business expansion within the recruitment sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for both campus and lateral recruitment services.
- Maintain and develop lasting relationships with key corporate accounts through effective CRM.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and improve market presence.
- Oversee client servicing and delivery processes to maintain high quality and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry networking events and build partnerships with corporates and educational institutes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent verbal and written English communication, preferably with English medium background.
- Strong capabilities in presentation, negotiation, and client engagement.
- Self-motivated, proactive, with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Desire to pursue a long-term career in recruitment and business development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or post-graduate from an AICTE-accredited university.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or client servicing is an advantage for experienced candidates.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range is 175000 to 200000 INR per year, competitive for freshers.
