Role Overview

We seek a Business Development Manager fluent in Arabic to join RAK Porcelain. This opportunity involves identifying and cultivating business within government bodies, public sector organizations, protocol offices, and institutional clients across the UAE. The role's focus is to enhance RAK Porcelain's market share within the government sector by fostering strategic relationships and promoting hospitality and gifting products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop opportunities with ministries, government authorities, public institutions, and protocol offices.
  • Establish and sustain robust connections with government officials, decision-makers, and institutional buyers.
  • Market RAK Porcelain’s hospitality-related products including tabletop, gifting, and bespoke porcelain solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with commercial teams to advance prospects into leads, price quotations, tenders, and confirmed orders.
  • Monitor forthcoming government needs, institutional projects, hospitality ventures, and official gift-giving occasions.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as sales, design, production, supply chain, and finance to fulfill client demands.
  • Assist in government tenders, procurement processes, trade shows, and formal events.
  • Generate pipeline reports and deliver stakeholder presentations for executive management.

Required Experience and Competencies

  • Demonstrated background in business development or sales within government or public sector entities.
