About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to head the agency development channel for leading insurance providers Kotak Life and Max Life Insurance in Nashik, Maharashtra. This role involves leading a team of advisors to expand insurance sales strategically, working closely in the field while managing and motivating your team to achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a sales team focused on insurance product sales.
- Drive agency development efforts to increase market penetration.
- Engage in field work to support and expand sales activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Any graduate educational background.
- Prior experience in sales or insurance sectors is preferred.
- Preference will be given to local candidates familiar with the area.
- Strong team leadership and management skills.
Compensation and Benefits
