About the Company
Henry Schein One is dedicated to revolutionising the dental industry in New Zealand through the introduction of Dentally, an advanced cloud-based practice management solution. With a strong foothold already established by our predecessor product Exact, trusted by over 80% of dental practices in the country, we are expanding our team by recruiting a Regional Business Manager to drive further adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand the Dentally customer base across New Zealand, focusing on both independent and group dental practices.
- Identify and secure new sales opportunities within the dental sector.
- Leverage industry insights and data to challenge existing assumptions and positively influence key decision-makers.
- Work closely with current Exact customers to demonstrate the benefits and value of transitioning to Dentally.
- Develop trustworthy relationships through thorough needs assessment and discovery.
- Lead commercial negotiations confidently using ROI calculations and value-based selling approaches.
- Deliver persuasive business case presentations and product demonstrations.
- Create a sense of urgency to facilitate purchasing decisions with a consultative and respectful approach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
Candidate Profile
- Exemplary B2B sales track record, ideally within SaaS or professional software environments.
- Strong emotional intelligence paired with solid commercial insight and inquisitiveness.
- A proactive hunter mindset paired with the diplomacy needed to manage existing customer transitions.
- Proficiency in value-driven and ROI-focused sales strategies.
- Outstanding communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
- Background in dental, medical, accounting, legal, or related industries is advantageous.
