Business Development Executive

Overview

Anuprayaas Solutions is seeking a driven and meticulous Business Development Executive to significantly contribute to the company’s growth initiatives. The candidate will be tasked with identifying new business avenues, managing tender applications, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and maintaining consistent communication with prospective clients.

Key Duties

• Research and collect precise contact information of decision-makers using platforms like LinkedIn and Google.
• Keep the prospect database current and organized to support outreach efforts.
• Locate relevant tenders on government and private portals, assess eligibility criteria, compile necessary documents, and oversee the submission process.
• Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and messaging to introduce company services and arrange meetings.
• Compose formal emails and proposals to share company profiles and address client queries professionally.
• Serve as a communication bridge between prospective clients and internal departments.
• Organize and execute meetings through telephone, virtual platforms, or face-to-face interactions.
• Present project proposals and ensure client expectations are aligned.
• Generate and distribute timely project progress updates to clients.
• Collaborate with Operations to gather relevant data for reporting purposes.
• Partner with the Marketing team to develop and finalize client-facing presentations and collaterals.
