Role Overview and Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Tele Counsellor to join our sales team in a target-driven capacity. The role involves actively contacting prospective students, providing counselling to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions, and consistently meeting monthly sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective student leads via telephone communication.
- Effectively counsel and persuade leads to enroll in the offered courses.
- Achieve or exceed monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain strong communication and negotiation abilities to close sales.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in telephonic counselling or sales, preferably in an educational or skill-based sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to convince customers and successfully close sales.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Any graduate degree qualifies for application.
