About Role and Organization
Able Aura Sports Academy is seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to enhance city-level sales outcomes and increase admissions in Chennai. This position demands complete accountability for hitting revenue goals, fostering local alliances, and managing coordination within the city-based team to maximize unit performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and admission targets specifically for the Chennai city market.
- Formulate and implement localized strategies aimed at boosting revenue and expanding market coverage.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, parents, and community stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of plans.
- Organize and carry out marketing campaigns and outreach events to promote offerings.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to optimize conversion rates.
- Provide detailed reports on city-specific performance, challenges encountered, and prospects for growth to senior leadership.
