Role Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated professional who can guide potential students by understanding their career aspirations and facilitate their enrollment journey. This role combines counseling and sales to drive admissions through engaging, personalized interactions.

• Communicate with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and product demonstrations.
• Assess student needs and recommend appropriate academic programs.
• Clearly present detailed information on program features, curricula, fees, and expected outcomes.
• Build trust with high-intent prospects to convert them into enrollments.
• Support students through the entire admission process, including documentation and fee payment guidance.
• Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new students.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and execute consistent follow-ups to increase conversion rates.
• Monitor and report on call volumes, follow-ups, demo participation, and successful enrollments.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess at least 1 year of relevant experience and exhibit strong communication abilities to conduct meaningful conversations with prospective students.

Work Conditions and Benefits

• Work schedule includes 5 working days per week.
