Work Location and Schedule
This role is based at Nike's North America Logistics Campus, located at 3100 Frayser Blvd, Memphis, TN 38128. The work schedule follows a Monday through Friday routine, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Team Environment
As part of the Network Operations team, you will collaborate closely with analytics and supply chain experts who focus on enhancing operational efficiency, expanding business growth, and better supporting athletes. The team works collaboratively with various sectors across North America’s supply chain, including Logistics (such as Distribution Center Operations, Distribution Center Planning, and Transportation), Marketplace Supply Chain channels (Digital, NSO, NVS, NMP), and Integrated Fulfillment Planning (IFP).
Role Overview
We are in search of a Business Analyst to spearhead network-wide performance insight delivery and facilitate informed decision-making. This individual will play a crucial role by transforming complex network data sets into understandable, actionable insights aimed at improving service, cost-effectiveness, and quality within the distribution network. A natural curiosity, daily comfort with data metrics, and the ability to communicate findings clearly are essential qualities.

Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in dashboard creation, data visualization, and report development using platforms like Databricks, SQL, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and Excel
- Expertise in analyzing extensive datasets to reveal business insights
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting with competing priorities and deadlines
- Keen attention to detail and precision
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor trends in performance
- Detect early warning signs by investigating changes in performance and determining their root causes
- Develop clear visuals and structured progress reports to aid reporting and facilitate decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate insights and ensure execution of follow-up actions
- Apply rigorous analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges
- Utilize data and reporting tools like Databricks, SQL, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and Excel to empower business functions
- Convert complex data into actionable insights that influence strategic business choices
- Proactively identify and communicate risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Assume full responsibility for issues, driving them through to resolution
- Establish and maintain effective partnerships across the supply chain
- Provide concise and clear updates to align teams on strategic priorities and next steps
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities within a dynamic and evolving environment
