- Help maintain a shared repository of documented workflows and process references across the company.
Cross-functional analysis
- Examine how departments connect, where tasks are handed off, and where bottlenecks or duplicated work occur.
- Spot dependencies between teams and highlight any gaps or misalignment that affect speed or quality.
- Run cross-functional working sessions to align stakeholders on future-state process design.
Process improvement and optimization
- Identify ways to simplify, streamline, or automate manual and repetitive activities.
- Create recommendations for process changes and help rank them by business impact and feasibility.

Stakeholder partnership
- Develop trusted relationships with leaders and operators across functions so you can act as a process advisor.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assist with change management as new workflows and tools are introduced.
Requirements
- 0–5 years of experience in business workflow analysis, management consulting, AI/automation, or a related area.
- Proven ability to map and document business processes using tools such as process flows, SOPs, or swimlane diagrams.
- Strong analytical ability and structured problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including confidence presenting to different stakeholder groups.
- Collaborative, flexible, and comfortable working through ambiguity while building cross-team relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a similar field.
Preferred experience
- Background in management consulting, business process automation, or process improvement.
- Experience in mobility, transportation, or similarly operations-heavy environments.

- Clearly mapped team interdependencies, along with identified gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Noticeable efficiency improvements and less manual work after changes are introduced.
- Strong relationships with stakeholders and recognition as a dependable process resource.
- A prioritized improvement roadmap with active support from business unit leaders.
- Automation and AI integrated into daily workflows where appropriate.
